Manga / Comics Online Course

These courses take place online via the Zoom interface. Groups of a maximum of 10 students are formed, in order to guarantee optimal follow-up and quality interaction between the students and the teacher. In order to follow the course, you will need a computer or tablet with a built-in camera and microphone. An internet connection is also necessary.

Program

This course introduces students to the world of sequential art, more widely known as comics, manga, comic books, or graphic novels. The atmosphere of the classes is warm and dynamic, to the benefit of our pedagogy which is based on a creative, motivating and formative approach, in the valorization of the student's talents.

You can register at any time, we divide the students according to their level and age.

Students learn to perfect their strokes, colouring and characters. To do so, the course focuses on different techniques and trends, thus opening the student's mind to the graphic possibilities available to him: illustration, comics, manga, realistic drawing, landscape, portrait, observational drawing, street-art, sketching, geek-art, character design, etc.

• Cutting the boxes from the text
• The work of "bubbles" or phylactery

Such a complete project allows the student to acquire many drawing skills (working with proportions, perspectives, light...) while being free in the choice of the technique used (pencils, felt-tip pens, gouache, watercolour, Indian ink). In this way, the student works on developing his or her personal style.
