Laurie is a painter and illustrator. Since childhood, she has loved drawing and exploring images. At an early age, she took classes in an artist's studio, where she discovered the pleasure of painting and expressing her ideas through color and matter.
After graduating from high school with a Visual Arts option, she continued her studies in this field with a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, followed by a Master's degree in Illustration and Comics from the Émile Cohl school in Lyon. She then worked on a variety of projects: coloring for a cartoon in London, screen-printing in a studio in Marseille, personal exhibitions... These varied experiences have enriched her practice and her outlook.
Today, Laurie lives in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, where she is studying for a Master's degree at the HEP in Lausanne to become a Visual Arts teacher in Secondary I. In parallel, she continues her artistic work, combining painting, illustration and personal research.
Curious and attentive to others, she attaches great importance to transmission. She likes to encourage imagination, experimentation and creative freedom, whether in her workshops or in her own practice.
