GIFT VOUCHER RULES

1. Purchase of gift vouchers

1.1 A gift voucher is a prepaid value card and as such is comparable to a gift voucher. Gift vouchers can be purchased on our website here

 

1.2 All gift vouchers issued by Apolline can be used as a means of payment when registering for our courses here

1.3 Customer must enter gift voucher code at registration for activation. The secretariat will then verify the code if all is compliant and the correct one can be used.

The customer must check the voucher received upon receipt and, in the event of a defect or deviation from his order, immediately send a complaint by email or letter. Subsequent complaints will not be considered.

1.4 The credit bears no interest.

1.5 The gift voucher is bearer and non-transferable. Apolline declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to the voucher and does not replace it. Actions for damages can only be exercised upon presentation of the gift voucher.

1.6 Trading in Apolline gift vouchers is prohibited. We reserve the right to no longer provide gift vouchers to companies that violate this prohibition.

1.7 Gift vouchers purchased cannot be returned or exchanged for other vouchers.

 

2. Pay with voucher

2.1 To be able to pay with your voucher, you must select the payment option "I have a voucher :)" and enter the code on the voucher when registering for our courses.

 

2.2 The gift voucher expires beyond 12 months from the date of purchase.

5. Changes and additions

Apolline reserves the right to modify the “gift voucher” program as well as these General Conditions at any time. The current version is published on the Apolline website https://www.apolline.art/fr/content/reglement-bon-cadeaux and is deemed accepted by the participants as soon as it is posted online.
