Were you expecting them? Our comic/Manga drawing workshops are back at the beginning of this year, in Lausanne, Morges and Montreux!
Specially designed for children from 8 years old and teenagers, our workshops allow the latter to live an immersive and intensive adventure for a week, during the 3 hours of classes every day, from Monday to Friday. The student will have the opportunity to build a solid foundation in the world of "sequential art", more widely known as comic books, Manga, Comics or graphic novels.
The technical skills covered are numerous:
- Scenario building
- Creation of characters and scenery
- Colouring
- Cutting the boxes in relation to the text
- The work of "bubbles" or phylactery
Such a complete project allows the student to acquire many drawing skills (working with proportions, perspectives, light...) while being free in the choice of the technique used (pencils, felt-tip pens, gouache, watercolour, Indian ink, digital). In this way, the student works on developing his personal style.
Concerning the sanitary standards, following the announcements of the Federal Council of January 13th, we confirm that our workshops will take place in accordance with the latest directives.
